Mr. Unmesh is the Chairman of UG GLOBAL and brings awealth of experience and knowledge from a strongbackground in the Human Resource & recruitment Industry. Having over a decade of experience, he hasmastered and proven his talent and expertise to therecruitment sector. Prior to UG Global, he was heading the operations & Business Development for a global recruitment MNC. Blending his technical background with a client-centric approach, Mr. Unmesh co-founded UG Global, a dynamic well-established recruitment firm.

A postgraduate in Human Resource Management with more than 20 years of National and International Human Resource Management exposure to the HR practices in Aviation, Automobile, Home appliance, General Trading, and Publication industries. Prior to UG Global, he was with Gulf Air as Regional HR Controller for GCC/India. He is instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, systems, and procedures. A co-founding director he is substantially responsible for the overall management of UG Global.
